• Acted as Team Lead for mobile development across React Native, Swift, Objective-C, and Kotlin, bringing the app to feature parity on both iOS and Android in approximately 5 months — a significant expansion, as the platform had previously been Android-only.
• Improved existing Android native modules and engineered a cross-platform library for communication with barcode scanners and invoice printers, owning the invoice generation logic end-to-end.

• Worked on the React Native app within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing new features and UI improvements that enhanced the overall user experience across the patient-facing flows.
• Carried out targeted refactors on several key screens, improving component structure and reducing visual inconsistencies, helping bring the app to a polished, production-ready state.
